TW AutoCare is the leading independent VW servicing garage in Cramlington. Our state of the art workshop is conveniently located in between the A1 and the A189 giving easy access from all over the North East. We have a comfortable reception area where you’re welcome to wait, or if you prefer, it’s a short walk into Cramlington where there are a selection of shops and cafes to enjoy while we service your VW.

We will service your VW to manufacturer specifications, using only OE components and will update your service log too. This all means that having your VW serviced at TW AutoCare protects your VW warranty.

We also have three levels of in-house VW servicing which are ideal for cars no longer within their warranty period. We assess each VW individually as it comes in and can then recommend which option, Basic, Standard or Premium would be the best for your VW. For every Premium Service, a free valet is included!

We’re proud of our brand new workshop; it’s kitted out with the latest diagnostic software and automotive technology which makes for easy and accurate diagnosis and repair of any problems that might be found during your VW service.

Since the Block Exemption rule came into play in 2003, it’s no longer necessary to take your VW to the main dealer for servicing. Independent garages such as TW AutoCare can service your VW and because we use OE replacement components and lubricants, your VW warranty remains intact.
